What is your pricing?
Prices range depending on canvas size and subject matter.
Drawings and Portraits (dog portraits, etc.) on paper range from $200-550; email me for specific pricing.
Do you take commissions?
Yes, I accept up to 3 commissions per month and each painting takes approximately 4-6 weeks to complete depending on the details of the work. I work on several projects simultaneously, so I like to allow for at least 4-6 weeks to complete each work. Please email me for pricing of works on paper. It helps to send a photo of the room your painting(s) will be displayed in so I can draw from the surrounding décor. I will give you a quote based on the size and subject of the painting. If it sounds good to you, then I will send you an invoice through PayPal for 50% (deposit for materials) and then we will get started!
Can I custom order a painting size?
Yes. You can custom order any painting size by commissioning a piece from me with the dimensions that work for your space. Send me an email with the dimensions you’re interested in and I'll send you a quote.
What about framing options?
I do not currently offer framing services for my paintings, although I do sell select framed pieces in my shop. If you purchase an unframed painting or commission a piece, I can help you to select a gold, silver, black or white gallery floater frame that will work perfectly with the canvas, but I do not provide the service myself, as this can be time consuming and takes me away from my painting. The gallery floater frames I typically use to display my paintings are the same frames that I will refer to my clients.
How will my painting be delivered and will it be ready to hang when I receive it?
Yes, all paintings are shipped from my home studio via FedEx Ground shipping, or you can pickup from my studio if you are local to Atlanta. If it’s a large package or longer than 48 inches, additional freight charges may apply and in that case I will email you the added cost before shipping the item. The painting will come with either a wire or sawtooth backing for easy hanging. It will also be painted on all sides of the canvas to match the painting and signed on the bottom right corner.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I'm only shipping prints internationally. Any other product purchases will be refunded.
What medium do you use?
I use oils for all my floral paintings and acrylics and watercolor for abstracts due to the quick drying time. I enjoy working with oils the most due to their richness in color, texture and the fluidity of the medium. Oils, however, take much longer to dry than acrylics, but are the most commonly used medium for fine art and can last for hundreds of years.
How can I purchase a painting or print?
All paintings and prints are for sale through my website or at the locations listed in the "galleries" section of my website. If a painting is available, it will be shown in the "shop" section. “Portfolio” simply means an edited collection of my best recent artwork that is shown to display my personal style. This will include sold pieces. "Prints" are digital reproductions of my original work and available at an unlimited supply.
Do you sell custom prints?
I occasionally offer prints for sale in my shop, or at events and art shows. I don't always have prints available of every painting on my website. Send me a message if you're interested in a custom print, or check my Instagram @paigekalenafollmann to see if I'm working on exclusive projects for an event that will be posted to my online shop. If you're interested in a custom print, please email me the details and I will let you know if it's something I can do for you.
Can I visit your studio to see your work in person?
